Adobe Photoshop

During my tenure at Adobe Swinburne University of Technology, I was entrusted with the responsibility of designing the website content, including social media posters for Instagram and YouTube thumbnails.

Challenges:

One significant project I undertook was to renew the website design of the Adobe Hub. Given that the website will be divided into two sections: one for staff and one for students, I was tasked with creating a design that maintains a cohesive visual identity despite the distinct purposes of each section.

The Brief:

The client requested a redesign of the Adobe at Swinburne Website. They had no specific preferences, except that the website design should somehow incorporate the words “Digital” and “Adobe.”

Solution:

To achieve this, I selected the gradient colour style, simple shapes, and photo montage style. What distinguishes the design between the student and staff tabs is the selected typography, with the student tab employing a duotone colour scheme.

This artwork serves as the homepage banner for the website.

Below, the content panel is located on the homepage tab, where staff members can access the website’s content.

Here are some poster designs for the staff section of the website’s content.

We are transitioning into the Student Section. As previously discussed, we opted to utilise duotone colours for the student tab to maintain a cohesive visual identity with the staff. While distinct, the colours share a similar aesthetic.

In addition to websites, I was assigned to create YouTube thumbnails, and Instagram posters.
