Challenges:

During my volunteer work as a social media graphic designer for the 180 youth community in Melbourne, I led and collaborated with a team to design weekly Instagram posts, posters, and videos.

Solution:

For each weekly post, we discussed monthly themes for the design guidelines and templates for the layout of the Instagram feed. This ensured that the design was consistent as different individuals took turns designing the posts.

For posters and videos, we scheduled regular sessions to find inspiration together. These sessions could be held once or twice a month, depending on the availability of the team.

In my free time, I also managed the design for my personal account, Daily Oxygen.
